Artist Profile

Welcome to my website! I am Chloe Portalatin, a multi-media storyteller and artist who specializes in digital illustration, film, and traditional charcoal life studies and figure drawing.

Studying at Marymount Manhattan College, I am the class of 2024 and I am currently working towards a B.F.A in Illustration & Animation and with two years of experience pursuing a B.F.A in Film and Media Production.

I aspire and am working towards being employed in the art or film and television industry as an artist within the visual or creative development department, working as an animator, a storyboard artist, illustrator, character designer, or to be on set in film/television production as a 1st Assistant Director, a cinematographer, an editor, or sound mixer. Anything that allows me to put an element of storytelling or creativity in a project is where I would be happy.

​I have taken life and figure drawing classes on and off since I was eight years old and all the way to my early twenties at Bridgeview School of Fine Arts in Long Island, and was introduced to digital art around ten years old, and first used a Wacom Bamboo tablet and Art Rage as my first digital art software. I have now moved on and familiarized myself with digital art software such as Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, and Paint Tool Sai.
